Since attending art school as a kid, I discovered my true passion – photography.

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of becoming an artist – of creating something meaningful, something that would touch people’s hearts and stand the test of time. When I discovered photography, everything clicked into place. It exceeded every dream I ever had. This isn’t just a career for me; it’s the fulfillment of a lifelong passion, a calling I get to live out every single day.

How Far do you Travel?

I’m based in Metro Vancouver and offer complimentary travel throughout the region. I’m available to travel anywhere across Canada to capture your moments. A travel fee applies for destinations outside Metro Vancouver.

How Far in Advance do we Book?

I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons like spring, summer, and fall when my calendar fills up quickly.

For maternity sessions, reach out when you’re in your second trimester so we can plan for that perfect timing. For elopements and couples sessions, booking 2-3 months in advance is ideal – though I’m always happy to accommodate last-minute requests if my schedule allows.

Do you edit every photo?

Absolutely! Every single image in your gallery is carefully edited with the same attention and care.

I go through each photo individually, enhancing colors, adjusting lighting, and ensuring everything reflects my signature style while staying true to the authentic moments we captured. You’ll only receive images that I’m truly proud of – beautifully polished and ready to be cherished.

Quality over quantity, always. Your gallery will be filled with images you’ll love, each one thoughtfully crafted just for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I understand that investing in professional photography is a big decision, and I want to make it as stress-free as possible.

I offer flexible payment plans to help you secure your session without the financial pressure. We can discuss a schedule that works for your budget during our consultation – because capturing your memories shouldn’t add stress to your life.

How Quickly do you send photos?

You’ll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours – because I know the anticipation is real and you’ll be dying to see a glimpse of your session!

Your full, beautifully edited gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. I take the time to carefully edit each image to ensure everything is absolutely perfect before it reaches you.

I promise it’s worth the wait – and that sneak peek will hold you over until the complete collection arrives in your inbox!

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your session, just let me know as soon as possible and we’ll find a new date that works for both of us – no penalty, no stress.

However, if you need to cancel entirely, please note that your retainer/deposit is non-refundable as it secures your spot in my calendar and represents the time I’ve set aside exclusively for you.

For elopements and larger bookings, we’ll discuss specific terms during our consultation to ensure we’re both protected and on the same page.

I always aim to be flexible and understanding – communication is key, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.

Do you help with Prints?

Absolutely! I know choosing prints can feel overwhelming, so I’m here to help guide you every step of the way.

Whether you’re looking for wall art, albums, framed prints, or special keepsakes, I can provide recommendations on sizing, placement, and the best printing options to bring your images to life beautifully. I work with professional print labs to ensure your photos look absolutely stunning in physical form.

Your memories deserve to be displayed, not just stored on a device – and I’ll make sure the process is easy and enjoyable from start to finish!

Can we Post on Social Media?

Yes, absolutely! Your images are yours to share and celebrate.

Feel free to post your beautiful photos on social media, share them with family and friends, and show off your special moments to the world. All I ask is that you keep the images in their original edited form (no filters, please – I’ve already perfected them for you!) and tag me so I can celebrate with you and share in your joy.

I love seeing how excited my clients are about their photos, and sharing your experience helps other couples and families find me too. So post away – I can’t wait to see your favorites!

How to prepare for the photoshoot?

The best preparation? Just relax and get excited!

What to Wear: Choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. I’m happy to offer styling guidance during our consultation – think coordinating colors rather than matching, and fabrics that move beautifully. Avoid busy patterns and logos that can be distracting.

Timing: Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you’re not rushed. Take a deep breath, and remember – there’s no pressure here.

Bring Yourself: Seriously, that’s it. Bring your genuine smiles, your love, your excitement. I’ll handle the posing, the lighting, and making sure you look incredible.

Trust the Process: Even if you feel awkward or camera-shy at first, I promise we’ll ease into it together. My job is to make you feel comfortable and bring out your natural beauty.

Most importantly? Don’t stress about being “photo-ready” or perfect. The most beautiful images come from real moments, real laughter, and real connection. Just show up as you are – that’s more than enough.

Do you work on your own?

Yes, I work independently and personally handle every aspect of your experience – from our first consultation to delivering your final gallery.

Occasionally, my boyfriend assists me during photoshoots, especially for larger sessions or elopements where an extra set of hands is helpful. He’s there to support behind the scenes so I can stay focused on you and capturing every beautiful moment.

Rest assured, you’ll always have my full attention and creative vision throughout your entire session. It’s a personal, intimate experience from start to finish.
